We are looking for an experienced  Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team to lead, develop and grow our core advice services initially across our two main locations. You will be experienced in managing and leading volunteer and staff teams, comfortable with facilitating change and responsible for our phone, face-to face and outreach centres as we expand our advice and support services. We are a fast growing charity with good local networking relationships and strong council support.

Hours: Full time (37hrs p/w)

Remuneration: NJC Pay Scale SO1 – spinal point 23 -25   (£32,076 – £33,945)

With a generous leave package and 6% employers pension contribution.
